TINYKOL — Refund & Returns Policy

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please review your order carefully before placing it. We want everything to go smoothly, and this helps avoid delays or issues.
By completing your purchase at tinykol.com, you agree to the terms below as part of our store policies.

 


ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Most TINYKOL pieces are printed on demand or produced in limited quantities, which means we cannot guarantee order changes once the order has been placed.

If you need to adjust something, please email us immediately at tinykolbrand@gmail.com.
If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment yet, we’ll do our best to help — but modifications are not guaranteed.

We appreciate your understanding; once things go into production, they move fast.


RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting:
tinykolbrand@gmail.com

Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Refund Method

Approved returns are issued as a TINYKOL e-gift card (store credit) for the value of the returned items.
This credit can be used on any future purchase.

Please note:

  • Store credit does not include original shipping fees

  • We do not issue refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns

This helps us manage limited stock responsibly while still giving you flexibility.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Additional notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Returns are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days of being received

We’ll always handle your return with care and keep you updated throughout the process.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please submit a return request and use your store credit to place a new order once your return is processed.

This ensures fairness and consistency across limited-quantity items.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, please reach out within 30 days of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once confirmed, you’ll be offered either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method (available only for defective items)

We stand behind the quality of every piece and will resolve any issues as quickly as possible.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and production reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items without original tags

  • Items damaged by wear and tear

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Digital goods or gift cards

SHIPPING ISSUES

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us.
We’ll work with our shipping partners to investigate and assist wherever possible.
