We work with trusted carriers to get your order to you safely — and as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find delivery options, estimated timeframes, and important information to know before ordering.

PROCESSING TIMES

Because many of our items are printed on demand or produced in limited batches, please allow:

1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch
(During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

AUSTRALIA

Free standard shipping on orders over $120 AUD

Standard Shipping
5–8 business days — $10 AUD

Express Shipping
2–4 business days — $15 AUD

INTERNATIONAL

(NZ, USA, UK, Europe)

Standard Shipping
8–12 business days — $20 AUD

International orders include tracking for full transparency.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Some countries may charge import duties or taxes upon delivery.
These fees are set by your local customs office and are not controlled by TINYKOL.

If charges apply, the customer is responsible for payment.

DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, transit times can be affected by:

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
